Casino Helsinki Shows the 2026 Winter Olympics
The Winter Olympics will begin in Milan, Italy, on Friday, 6 February and conclude on Sunday, 22 February. A strong team of Finnish athletes will be competing, with high expectations for success across several disciplines. At the Casino’s Sports Bar, you can follow Finnish performances at prime viewing times.
During the two-week Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics, competitions will be held in 16 different sports. On the Sports Bar’s multiple screens, you can follow, for example, Suvi Minkkinen’s medal pursuit in biathlon, Eduard Hallberg’s fight for a podium place in slalom, Anni Kärävä’s spectacular jumps in freestyle skiing Big Air, or the elegance of Juulia Turkkila and Matthias Versluis in ice dancing.
One of the most closely followed sports is, of course, ice hockey, where excitement is guaranteed in the matches of Finland’s women’s and men’s national teams. The world’s top players will return to Olympic ice for the first time in 12 years, with all the biggest NHL stars taking part. Finland’s roster features players such as Aho, Rantanen, Heiskanen, Saros and Lehkonen. International star power includes names like Crosby, McDavid, Matthews, Makar, Draisaitl, MacKinnon, Eichel and Nylander.

Table reservations can be made via the Book a Table form at the bottom of our website or by calling our customer service at 0200 55000 (local/mobile network charge). Table reservations made less than three days in advance can only be made by phone. Please note that a reservation is valid only once you have received a confirmation by email.
Admission to the casino and the Sports Bar is free. The age limit is 18. Identity checks are carried out at the casino reception, so please bring a valid form of identification (driving licence, passport or identity card).
