Sports Bar - Sports Fans’ Favourite

Sports Bar Casino Helsinki is a favourite location among sports fans in the city centre of Helsinki.

Sports Bar offers international sporting experiences every day, with a wide variety of channels and sports screens. You can easily follow several games on the top screens, as the technology enables viewing a different channel on each screen. Leave inquiries and table reservations via the ‘Book a table’ form or by calling our customer service on 0200 55000.

Sports Bar is open daily from 3 PM and our kitchen serves food Sunday to Thursday from 3 PM to 11 PM, and Friday to Saturday until midnight. Free entry, K-18.

At Restaurant Foija Helsinki you can enjoy lunch on the Fennia Block side. Delicious dishes made from high-quality ingredients are served from buffet tables Monday to Friday. A generous and nutritious salad bar, along with tasty warm options, ensures both a satisfying meal and a well-deserved break in the middle of the day.

Foija’s lunch will be available every weekday from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. You can find the lunch menu at ravintolafoija.fi.

Exceptional opening hours at Casino Helsinki on Thu 28 May 2026

On Thursday 28 May, we will exceptionally be open from 12 pm to 6 pm due to our annual staff event. We want to give our entire casino team the opportunity to come together, celebrate shared successes and enjoy an evening together – these moments are important to us. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you again during our normal opening hours Sun-Thu 3 pm–3 am and Fri-Sat 3 pm–4 am.

Watch Finland’s World Championship Hockey Games at Casino Helsinki 15–31 May 2026

Casino Helsinki once again serves as the official Veikkaus viewing venue for Team Finland, and the Sports Bar is ready to welcome fans starting Friday 15 May, when Finland’s first game begins at 5:20 PM against Germany. You can find Team Finland’s full schedule here >

Extended Summer Opening Hours at the Casino from May 25 to August 31 2026

During the summer season from Monday, May 25 to Monday, August 31, we will operate with extended opening hours. From Sunday to Thursday, we will stay open one hour later than usual, from 3 pm to 3 am. On Fridays and Saturdays, we are open from 3 pm to 4 am. The Sports Bar kitchen is open Sun–Thu from 3 pm to 11 pm and Fri–Sat until midnight. On the venue’s many screens, you can watch live sports events such as the Ice Hockey and Football World Championships. Our summer terrace on Mikonkatu is open weather permitting.

Eurovision Viewing Party at Casino Helsinki on Saturday, 16 May 2026

Expectations for Finland’s Eurovision success are especially high this year. We will be showing the semi-finals on the Sports Bar screens at the casino, with a special focus on Finland’s semi-final on Tuesday 12 May. The second semi-final on Thursday 14 May will of course also be shown. On the evening of the final, Saturday 16 May at 10 pm, we are opening a dedicated viewing area in the Fennia Salonki side. Admission is free. The minimum age for the casino and its events is 18.
