Casino Entry and Registration – What to Know in Advance
Casino Helsinki has a legal obligation to identify and know its customers. This means that we must verify the identity of all our guests. Please remember to bring a valid and undamaged driving licence, passport, or ID card when visiting the casino.
On your first visit, we will create a casino customer profile for you by checking your identity, taking a photo for our system, and asking you to complete customer due diligence information. After that, your identity will be checked at every entry.
Identification and Events
Identification is also required when attending events at the casino. On Saturday 3 January 2026, a Darts World Championship Final screening will be held in the Fennia Salon starting at 8:00 PM. Fun and creative outfits are part of darts culture, but there are a few important things to keep in mind when registering your entry.
- Be prepared to remove hats, wigs or other accessories that may interfere with identification during registration.
- You must be clearly identifiable, so face-covering face paint is not permitted and will prevent entry.
The darts event will take place in the Fennia area, where hats and headwear are allowed during the event. However, hats and headwear are not permitted in other customer areas of the casino.
We recommend arriving early to avoid possible queues. Entry to the casino and the event is free of charge. The minimum age is 18. Cloakroom service is free of charge for casino guests.
